Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business day, with tracking. For custom and made to order products, shipping times vary. 

 

We offer free shipping in Canada and the US on qualifying orders over $90

 

Any shipping costs paid by the customer (i.e: on orders totalling less than $90 or optional Express/Priority shipping) are generally non refundable.  

 

Items shipped internationally may be subject to custom duties or fees. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address entered on the order. You must ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. We will also initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. 

International Shipping

At this time we are routinely offering shipping to Canada and the US only. If you live oustide of these areas and wish to make a purchase, please contact us at rivetedbydesign@gmail.com or through our Contact Form and we will be happy to provide a shipping estimate. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Most sales are final. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us and we will work with you to reasonably resolve it. 

 

Returns are subject to pre approval by us. Shipping costs may or may not be covered by us, depending on the reason for return. If you're feeling particular about your potential order or worried about our limited return policy - please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know what you want (or don't want!). We will always do our best to accommodate requests, send close up photos of the product in question and make sure that we are all on the same page. Our customer service is attentive and sincere.   

 

Process for Returns:

  • Email us at: rivetedbydesign@gmail.com and note that it is a return request in the subject line

  • Include your order number and any relevant information in the body of the email 

  • We will respond within 1 - 3 business days to obtain more information or to inform you of the status of your request   

  • If a refund or exchange is indicated, once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be made in the original form of payment

  • If you paid for shipping (purchases under $90 or Priority shipping), the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Returns should be shipped with a trackable/insured shipping service because if we do not receive the returned item, a refund cannot be issued.
